A SOCIAL-FIRST RECRUITMENT CAMPAIGN

1 in 5 Orkin employees is a veteran. In 2023, Orkin committed to double their veteran workforce by 2026, so we created a social-first recruitment campaign that tapped into what veterans miss most when they retire — their uniform.

We hyper-targeted veterans and drew parallels between the courage, strength, & bravery needed to protect our country, and our communities, from pests.
